Energy-saving properties are enhanced with insulating materials that conform to the building’s energy-saving design standards. Also, the window area occupying more than 1/20 of the floor area with a heat recovery ventilation for a comfortable stay.

High recycling rate

Environmental-friendly materials with high recycling rates are utilized to create a basic unit of an integrated system equipped with electrical, communication, fire extinguishing, and mechanical facilities, which can be easily maintained and recycled by attaching internal external finishing materials.
